Meet Shaley
Hi, I’m Shaley. I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), LCSW coming 2026. I am a therapist who believes healing begins with feeling safe, seen, and genuinely understood.
I have been a therapist since 2022, but I bring ten years of experience in the mental health field. Throughout those years, I’ve walked alongside individuals and families through some of the most difficult chapters of their lives. That work shaped me into a clinician who shows up with warmth, steadiness, and a deep respect for every person’s unique story.
North Anchor Therapy was created from the belief that healing happens when people finally feel safe enough to be seen-and steady enough to move forward. My hope is that this practice becomes a place where you feel understood, valued, and not alone.
My therapeutic style is warm and genuine.
I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable enough to be yourself, honest enough to share what’s really going on, and supported enough to move at your own pace. I don’t rush the process or rely on one-size-fits-all strategies. Instead, I meet you where you are and collaborate with you to build the kind of healing you’re looking for.

My approach includes trauma-informed care, EMDR therapy, mind–body awareness, and practical tools that help you regulate your nervous system and reconnect with your inner sense of clarity, safety, and direction.
